Returns Policy:

Most items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged up to 14 days after receiving the item.

For Memorial glass with cremation ashes no returns or exchanges are accepted. This is due to the personal and unique nature of the product.

However, if a customer wishes to cancel their order before they have sent me the cremation ashes they can do so for a full refund.
